Spiral Beyond Compliance is founded and led by John Kenneally. The practice helps human-services providers organise readiness work with clarity: understand the problem, gather the evidence, separate facts from assumptions, and define the next action people can use.

The approach favours practical judgement over jargon. Findings are recorded and traceable. Scope is agreed clearly. Every finding is reviewed by a person before it reaches the provider.
